Product Delivery
Delivery within the UK mainland is normally free unless otherwise stated. Most deliveries will be direct from the factory following manufacture of the items and we do not provide a specific delivery date, day or time for the delivery of your items. We will advise you of the week in which the items will be delivered based on a week ending date. Your order will be delivered within that week, Monday to Friday within business hours.
We provide delivery on a non-time specified schedule. This means that we will advise you of your delivery on a week ending basis and your order will be delivered during that week within normal business hours.
Delivery will be to your confirmed delivery address roadside/kerbside or loading bay area only and is subject to there being no delivery vehicle access restrictions and our delivery service does not include taking your ordered items into the building.
Unfortunately, we are unable to leave deliveries if there is no one at the delivery address to take receipt. Should this happen, we will contact you to rearrange delivery, but we may unfortunately have to charge for this redelivery.
Delivery will be to the address that you have confirmed within your order and will be to the kerbside or loading bay area of that address only. We are unable to take products into the premises for you. Please note that we are unable to accept orders where the delivery is requested to be made to a residential address.
Please ensure that the products and sizes that you select are suitable for the purposes you require in advance of placing an order as all products are manufactured to customer order and once manufacturing has commenced, we cannot accept returns or cancellations.

Deliveries to Ireland
We do deliver to Ireland, but it is chargeable. Please call before placing an order online if your order delivery address is in Ireland as there are additional delivery charges based on the order value and your location. Please call and we can advise on the costs.
Whilst some of our products are stocked and ready to deliver, most are manufactured to order here in the UK to fulfil your order. Please check the approx. delivery times below or call us and we will be happy to advise how long delivery will be for your specific products.
Guideline to Delivery Times
The delivery times for different product types will vary and it is always best to contact us for us to advise you on the expected delivery time for a particular product.
Lockers 5-25 days
Laptop, Tablet, Mobile Phone lockers 20-25 days
Mobile Shelving 4-6 weeks

Express delivery Lockers
The Express delivery Locker range is available in 5-10 working days, which does not include the day of placing the order. We will confirm a “Delivery by” date, and your order will be delivered up to and including this date.
The factory has two annual “shut down” each year as follows and due to these closures, any orders that run into these periods will be extended by 5 days.
Shut Down 1 – 1st week in June
Shut down 2 – Last week in October.
Delivery to Ireland
Please always call us on 01244 940751 before placing an order if your delivery address is in Ireland as there are additional charges for delivery to Ireland.
Re-Delivery Charges*
Re-delivery charge will be 5% of the net value of the order. There is a minimum redelivery charge of £25.
*Delivery is normally free unless stated otherwise. Delivery for replacement keys, locks doors and other replacement parts are chargeable.

Most of our products are delivered free of charge so the price you see advertised include delivery, all you need to do is add the VAT.

Deliveries to Ireland
If your delivery is required to Ireland please call us in advance of placing any order as we have additional charges.

Deliveries to residential Properties.
Please note the non scheduled service we provide detailed above and that we are unable to provide a specific date and time for deliveries.
If there is no one at the delivery address to receive the order we will not be able to leave the goods. If you give us confirmation to do so it must be in writing and in advance of the delivery and will also be at your own risk with Lockersonline accepting no responsibility for the security, safety and state of the products left
If we have to re-deliver due to a failed delivery
If we have been unable to deliver your ordered products and the reason for the failed delivery has not been the fault of Lockersonline then a re-delivery charge of 5% of the net value of the goods with a minimum charge of £25 will be required to be paid by the customer
