Introduction

Purpose-designed PPE storage on a 7 working day delivery programme, manufactured in the UK for commercial and industrial environments. This locker is intended for the organised storage of workwear and personal protective equipment where compartment layout, durability and operational consistency are key parts of the specification.

Lead time & delivery

Available on a confirmed 7 working day lead time from date of order, excluding the day of ordering. For projects where PPE provision must be put in place quickly, the Swift-X range allows storage to be integrated into site mobilisation or refurbishment programmes without extended lead times.

Free UK Mainland Delivery is included. Delivery excludes the Scottish Highlands and the following postcode areas: AB, BT, DD, IM, KY, KA, KW, PA, PH, HS, IV. Contact us prior to ordering if delivery to any of these areas is required, as additional charges apply.

Delivery is to commercial premises only. Residential delivery is not available for this product line.

Size Options

The Swift-X PPE Locker is configured for the storage of equipment and workwear rather than general personal effects. Internal layout is intended to support the separation and organisation of PPE items, helping users keep frequently used equipment together within a dedicated compartment.

This makes the product suitable for workplaces where standard personal lockers do not provide the right internal arrangement for boots, helmets, high-visibility clothing or other issue-based kit. Where multiple units are required, the range can be planned into a continuous run for efficient use of changing or issue areas.

Lock Options:

Cam lock with 2 keys per lock — standard locking with a 2,000 differ key set. A master key scheme is available and recommended where supervisory access is required.

Paint Finish

Each unit receives a three-stage pre-treatment process followed by phosphate coating prior to powder application. The finish is one coat of epoxy polyester full gloss powder, stoved at 180 degrees, producing a durable surface suited to working environments where lockers are subject to regular contact and routine cleaning.

The powder coat incorporates a germ guard anti-bacterial compound, adding an additional hygiene benefit in shared staff or changing environments. The carcass is powder-coated Light Grey RAL 7035 as standard. Door colour is selected from the options below.

Reaction to Fire Classification EN 13501-1. Supporting documentation is available from our sales or marketing team for inclusion in specification packages.

Colour Options

Carcass: Light Grey RAL 7035 (standard, non-variable). Door colours available to specification:

• Light Grey RAL 7035
• Dark Blue RAL 5017

Door colours can be used to distinguish issue types, departments or user groups across larger installations while maintaining a standard carcass finish throughout the scheme.

Cleaning & maintenance

External surfaces should be cleaned periodically with warm soapy water or a foaming cleaner as part of a routine facilities maintenance schedule. Hinges and lock mechanisms should be lightly oiled as required using a general-purpose light oil. Avoid solvent-based or abrasive cleaners, which will damage the powder coat surface.

The 0.7mm mild steel specification and pop-riveted carcass construction provide the durability expected for day-to-day operational use. Delivery as a fully assembled unit reduces installation time, while the pre-drilled carcass supports formation of a continuous locker bank where PPE storage needs to be standardised across a team or work area.
